With verdict of May 12, 1998 the regional court of Hamburg decided that if applicable one has to stand trial for contents of a linked page if placed on a homepage. This can be prevented - so the court - only by dissociating expressly from the contents of these pages. I put links to other pages in the Internet on my page.
